Delhivery Limited has issued a regulatory filing dated January 15, 2026, addressed to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Regulations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Through the regulatory filing, the company has disclosed that its subsidiary, Spoton Logistics Private Limited, has received an appeal order issued by the Office of the Commissioner (Appeals), Gurugram-Haryana, under Section 107(11) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 / Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, for the Financial Year 2017-2018 to 2021-22.

The order has imposed a tax amounting to Rs. 16,39,08,293, interest applicable thereon, and a penalty equivalent to the tax amount on its subsidiary company on the grounds of short payment of tax under reverse charge.

The order was passed on December 31, 2025; however, it was uploaded on the GST portal on January 14, 2026. Spoton Logistics has stated that it is not satisfied with the order and will further challenge it by filing an appeal before the appellate authority. The company has further clarified that the aforesaid action has no material impact on its financials, operations, or other activities.
