MCA Notifies Changes to Form INC-22A Under Incorporation Rules, 2014
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has announced an important update regarding the Company Incorporation Rules, 2014. As per the notification issued by MCA on 27th June 2025, the Central Government is making changes in the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014. These changes are as follows:
- These rules will be known as the Companies (Incorporation) Amendment Rules, 2025.
- Form INC-22A is being replaced with the New e-Form.
These changes will be applicable from July 14, 2025.
