Ministry of Finance Amends Customs Notification: Removal of ‘Missiles’ from Description

The Ministry of Finance (department of revenue) recently shared a corrigendum notification on October 9, 2025 related to a correction of an earlier notification.

This correction is related to the notification of Government of India’s earlier notification No. 37/2025-Customs, dated September 17, 2025, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub–section (i), through number G.S.R. 644(E).

in line 31, in column (3), ‘aircrafts, missiles, etc.’ should now be read as ‘aircrafts, etc.’.
