MOF releases Revised Harmonized Master List of Infrastructure Sub-sectors [Read Notification]

The Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs), Infrastructure Finance Secretariat, recently shared a notification on September 19, 2025, with the approval of the Competent Authority, an updated Harmonized Master List of Infrastructure sub-sectors (Annexure I). The updated list includes the following revision to the notification from October 11, 2022:

Large Ships” is included in the Harmonized Master List of Infrastructure sub-sectors by insertion of a new item in the category of ‘Transport and Logistics‘ with a footnote defining large ships.

Following is the updated Harmonized Master List of Infrastructure Sub-sectors
