Will NEET PG 2025 Be Delayed? NBE Still Looking for More Exam Centres
Will NEET PG 2025 Be Delayed? On May 30, 2025, the Supreme Court told the National Board of Examinations (NBE) to administer the NEET PG 2025 exam in a single shift instead of two. This decision was made after medical students filed petitions to the Supreme Court. The court stated that having two shifts could be unfair and that the marks should not be adjusted using a normalisation process.
The lawyer of the National Board of Examinations (NBE) explained that everything was already set up for a two-shift exam, and switching to one shift could delay the exam and the counselling schedule. But the court didn’t agree. It said there are still two weeks left before the exam (scheduled for June 15), and NBE should find more exam centres to make a single-shift exam possible.
Now, the big question is: Will NBE stick to the original date, or will the exam be postponed?
