Recorded Sessions

• No refund will be processed for Recorded Sessions. Please review the course/video description carefully before purchasing or enrolling.

Membership Plans

• No refunds will be processed for Membership Plans. Please review the plan details carefully before availing of a Membership.

99 Masterclass

• No refund will be processed for the 99 Masterclass under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation

2.1 Cancellation by Studycafe

There may be certain orders that Studycafe is unable to accept and must cancel. Studycafe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Situations that may result in an order being cancelled include, without limitation:

• Non-availability of the product, service, or quantities ordered
• Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information
• Issues identified by Studycafe’s credit and fraud-avoidance checks

Studycafe may also require additional verification or information before accepting an order, and will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled, or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be reversed back to your credit card account. A promo code or discount coupon code, once used, shall not be refunded or reinstated in case of cancellation of the order, whether by the customer or by Studycafe.

2.2 Cancellation by the User

In the case of cancellation requests, Studycafe reserves the right to accept or reject the request for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if Studycafe receives a cancellation notice, Studycafe shall cancel the order and refund the eligible amount to you within a reasonable period of time.

Studycafe will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Studycafe has the sole right to decide whether an order has been processed. You agree not to dispute, and to accept, Studycafe’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Regarding Membership Plans, there is no option to cancel the Membership once it has been availed.

3. Refund Processing Time

Where a refund is approved by Studycafe, it will take 7 days from the date of approval to process the refund.
